A bottle of a good wine gives a special nuance to any table, to any meal. And not only because the food acquires a special perfection with the wine; the right combination of the wine with the food reveals many varieties of additional gustatory senses, with the condition to make a proper association.
Therefore it is good to know some basic rules of combining the wine with the food. Perhaps the simplest is: the dishes and the wine must be the same "weight category" and not to compete, but harmonize with each other. This underground wine city appeared in galleries excavated in lime mining operations during the 70-es of the last century, at the depth of 40-85 meters, and is one of the largest wine cellars in the world. The total length of the galleries consists of 200 km, from which more than 50 km are used.
