RED AND WHITE HIGH QUALITY WINES - The high quality wines are matured in oak barrels period from six months to several years. Only thus the high quality wines acquire special organoleptic characteristics.
The bottling is done directly before their commercialization. Their design is beautiful and outstanding. White wines will be given cooled (+12...+14ºC), the red ones – at the room temperature (+18...+20ºC).

SAUVIGNON 1988 – white dry high quality wine, produced from Sauvignon grapes. The wine has straw-yellow color and delicate bouquet with bright, black currant nuances. The characteristic taste of fresh citrus fruits and black currant in the glass is combined with cheese, poultry or chicken file.

This underground wine city appeared in galleries excavated in lime mining operations during the 70-es of the last century, at the depth of 40-85 meters, and is one of the largest wine cellars in the world. The total length of the galleries consists of 200 km, from which more than 50 km are used.
