Sparkling wines
Many types of sparkling wines (champagne) are produced at the State Enterprise Quality Wines Industrial Complex “Milestii Mici".
Beside the traditional white sparkling wines, a special red sparkling wine is prepared, which brought many awards at international contests. There are sweet sparkling wines, semi-sweet, dry and semi-dry.
All the sparkling wines are prepared from thoroughly selected winemaking material. The sparkling wines should be given cooled, mostly with desserts or cakes. Sometimes you don’t even need a special occasion and you can drink it for pleasure.

"Moldova de Lux"– red natural semi-sweet sparkling wine, prepared by treating the blending of processed must with endogenous carbon dioxide using the method of periodical second brewing in hermetic tanks under pressure with a following isobaric bottling. The wine is produced from different red European types of grapes. The rich bouquet with blackberries and black currants flavor, the ruby color and the sweet, delicate taste makes it a special wine. It should be given with the fresh fruits.
