Sparkling wines
Many types of sparkling wines (champagne) are produced at the State Enterprise Quality Wines Industrial Complex “Milestii Mici".
Beside the traditional white sparkling wines, a special red sparkling wine is prepared, which brought many awards at international contests. There are sweet sparkling wines, semi-sweet, dry and semi-dry.
All the sparkling wines are prepared from thoroughly selected winemaking material. The sparkling wines should be given cooled, mostly with desserts or cakes. Sometimes you don’t even need a special occasion and you can drink it for pleasure.

"Moldova de Lux" – white natural semi-dry sparkling wine, prepared by treating the blending of processed must with endogenous carbon dioxide using the method of periodical second brewing in hermetic tanks under pressure with a following isobaric bottling. This divine drink is produced from white European types of grapes, harvested in the central and the southern parts of Moldova. The distinguishing feature of the wine is its original light-straw color and the fresh fruity bouquet with sparkling flashes. It’s recommended to serve cooled, with snacks, sandwiches or sweet salads.
