Sparkling wines
Many types of sparkling wines (champagne) are produced at the State Enterprise Quality Wines Industrial Complex “Milestii Mici".
Beside the traditional white sparkling wines, a special red sparkling wine is prepared, which brought many awards at international contests. There are sweet sparkling wines, semi-sweet, dry and semi-dry.
All the sparkling wines are prepared from thoroughly selected winemaking material. The sparkling wines should be given cooled, mostly with desserts or cakes. Sometimes you don’t even need a special occasion and you can drink it for pleasure.

"Moldova de Lux" – white natural semi-sweet sparkling wine, prepared by treating the blending of processed must with endogenous carbon dioxide using the method of periodical second brewing in hermetic tanks under pressure with a following isobaric bottling. The wine is produced from different white European types of grapes. The sweet soft taste and the duchesse flavor make it a special wine for special occasions. It’s a pleasure to have it with desserts, like fruit salads or ice cream.
