Collection wines
These are elite wines from the "Golden Collection" Milestii Mici, rarities of Moldavian wine making. They have dual maturation: from half a year to several years the wines are matured in oak barrels, and then the wines are bottled and stored in the "Golden Collection" Milestii Mici not less than 3 years. The time of their storage into the collection is dating from 1969 to 2005.
Each bottle is bottled with natural cork and covered with sealing wax. The unique design, stylized under the ancient map of the “underground wine city”, the inventory number and the annotation testify about the quality and about the age of the wine.

CAHOR-CIUMAI 1986 – red dessert collection wine, produced from Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes. The wine has dark-garnet color. The bouquet is rich and saturated – fruits with prunes and morocco nuances. The taste is noble and velvet, with a prolonged aftertaste of bitter chocolate, in which harmoniously are combined the oiliness and the splendid extractivity. It should be used for raising hemoglobin. Cahor is a church wine, wonderfully combined with fruits, chocolate cakes and other desserts.

This underground wine city appeared in galleries excavated in lime mining operations during the 70-es of the last century, at the depth of 40-85 meters, and is one of the largest wine cellars in the world. The total length of the galleries consists of 200 km, from which more than 50 km are used.
