Red and White Dry Ordinary Wines
These are young white and red wines, which are matured in oak barrels not less than three months. The wines of this kind in Moldova are made only by the QWIC “Milestii Mici".
The ordinary wines are amazingly fresh and vigorous drinks. White wines will be given cooled (+12…+14ºC), the red wines – at the room temperature (+18...+20ºC).

CABERNET– red dry ordinary wine, produced from Cabernet grapes. The wine has dark- ruby color, expressed by the morocco and prunes flavor. The taste is very astringent, structured and tannic, with morocco nuances. It is a good association with stewed meat, grilled dishes or solid cheese.

This underground wine city appeared in galleries excavated in lime mining operations during the 70-es of the last century, at the depth of 40-85 meters, and is one of the largest wine cellars in the world. The total length of the galleries consists of 200 km, from which more than 50 km are used.
