The high quality wines are matured in oak barrels period from six months to several years. Only thus the high quality wines acquire special organoleptic characteristics.
The bottling is done directly before their commercialization. Their design is beautiful and outstanding. White wines will be given cooled (+12...+14ºC), the red ones – at the room temperature (+18...+20ºC).

NEGRU DE PURCARI 1987– red dry high quality wine, produced from Cabernet-Sauvignon, Rara Neagra and Saperavi wines. The wine has dark-ruby, saturated color. The rich bouquet of black currant, saffron and prunes wonderfully reveal its velvet taste. The light astringency and prolonged aftertaste makes this wine a good recommendation for stewed and fried meat or beef.
